Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories and components.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used personal care or hair care products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
